The more advanced extra-terrestrials including your star seed ancestors of Sirius and the Pleaides, are photonic non-physical, 'pure light' beings. And to be clear, these are not truly electro-bio-plasmic in nature, rather are they more highly evolved into pure thought light beings.

Now, and please take note, photonic life forms are of light, and while light does indeed occur in spectral divisions, such divisions do not involve that which you term as negative and positive charges. Light does not carry any charge itself, so it does not attract or repel charged particles like electrons.

We discussed in the 2nd part of this channel electrical lifeforms, which do occur in both 'positive' and 'negative' electro formats. Some of these may be felt as malevolent, and do vampire 'negative emotional' energy. These electrical beings are in the lower astral realm & were termed as Phooka or Dark Faeries in Celtic lore.
