友人の皆さん、今、昔の自分でなくなったことを嘆かないでください。遠ざかって行った感覚、目的喪失感、友人や家族との絆を失ったことは、全く通常のことです。
その失ったすべてが、昔の自分のアイデンティティが消え、全く新しい自分が生まれるための余地を作るためでした。
この人生にやって来た時には、それ以前に知ってはいましたが、どういう人間になるか、それについて何の手がかりもなくなった、それと似ています。ただ自分でいるしかなかった。
