今日は、変えることについてお話ししたいと思います。皆さんの多くが変化を望んでいます。経済的変化、人間関係の改善、健康になることなど変わることを望んでいます。でも、相変わらず多くの人が何度も何度も同じことを経験します。目指すところは違うようですが、一年が経過して変わるかに思えますが、でも多くの人にとってはあまり変わりません。それについてもう少しお話ししたいと思います。そういうことになってしまう理由をもう少しお話ししたいと思います。
実際に何かが起こる様子が理解できると、望むことを起こし生み出す方法が理解できます。変えたいなら、習慣を変えなければいけないという言葉を聞いたことがあるでしょう。しかし私たちはその日の行動を変えることを話すつもりはありません。まあ、そういう事にもなるでしょうが、話したいのは、思考や癖になった考え方を変えることについてです。
