You may simple feel that your personality or energy has shifted. Soon you will be ready to take action ,"...there will be no stopping you! You are a powerful being who can move mountains in the consciousness of humanity.

Autophagy

15 years ago, I did a 21-day fasting at the fasting dojo studio of the Nishi style based on the famous sciencitic theory. Many people with a cancer and obesity, various diseases came at that time. At that time, I received explanation from a person in charge, and what I knew in a book beforehand again was, "the healthy cells which stayed would eat the ill cells such as cancers" by fasting. I remembered it when hearing the news of Nobel Prize for Medicine.

Archangel Metatron - "Harvest the Abundant Treasures You Have Created" by Joan and John Walker

Metatron - "Harvest the Abundant Treasures You Have Created"
Joan and John Walker 2016-9-2

Greetings, it is I Metatron,

I speak to you at this time as a Lord of Light, the collective consciousness, and as the overseer of the ascending realms of all form. You have reached a pinnacle point in the ascension process as of the Fall Equinox. What does this mean to you who have been traveling ascension path?
The light energies have increased exponentially since the beginning of your year of 2016. They will continue to increase until this phase of the Ascension process has been completed. It is important that you recognize each time an amplification of Source energies are infused into the Earth’s atmosphere and most importantly into humanity’s energetic field. Do not depend on another’s opinion to recognize this. You are capable of noticing these influxes for yourself.
We recommend that you notice for yourself how you absorb theses light frequencies and just how Source energy impacts your energy field. Observe how they impact the neurology of your body. The neurology of your body is the communication center of your body. When your neurology is infused with light you begin to have a vaster awareness of yourself as the creator of your reality. You think more complex thoughts that reflect a state of having sovereignty over your body and your entire existence as a soul/spirit that is using a bodily form to navigate Earth.
Changes in your neurology happen daily in the presence of such refined energy. You are influenced every moment by these immense energies. You cannot remain silent and asleep any longer. If you do, you will experience anxiety and pain. These times of change no longer accept a full 3rd-dimensional expression. Fifth- dimension arrived some time ago. The energetic stability of the fifth dimension is being seated now. The 5th-dimensional template will have complete stability by the first quarter of 2017.

Archangel Michael

2017 – The Year of Harvesting the Fruit of Co-Creation & Co-Manifestation
by Deborah Faith

Archangels and Devas

2016 was to be The Year of Transformation & Transcendence being a number 9 year, and so far it has proven to be just that. In 2017 you will reap the rewards, and harvest the Fruits of your labor. In 2017 you will experience yourselves as Co-Creator in the Divine Partnership agreement that you signed up for when you agreed to step down in vibration and take upon yourselves your earthly role of being a grounded, Spiritual Being of the Light, and in so doing, became a portal or vestibule for the Higher Light frequencies to be grounded through your Presence in order to assist Gaia in her planetary ascension along with her human inhabitants.

Archangel Michael ~ Liberating the Physical Template of the New Human by Ailia Mira (Meredith Murphy)

Liberating the Physical Template of the New Human
Archangel Michael by Ailia Mira
Channeled by Meredith Murphy

You have allowed and released and healed and cleared many limiting beliefs and the emotional patterns linked to these beliefs. Many of you have had physical symptoms as you flow higher vibration, intensified and accelerated energy through your being. You are discovering where there is congestion. Now it is time to liberate the New Human template... within your body structure by feeding your body and caring for what you put in it, the same as how you cared for your mind and your heart.

Living foods carry the highest frequency of energy and you will be increasingly drawn toward living foods. You will realize that you are different when you eat them and that you can no longer long to participate in this important aspect of planetary evolution of vibration and consume lower energy foods predominantly--in the same way that you cultivate your vibration with thoughts and cultivate your feelings to raise your vibration, the time has come to do so with food.
